The Luoyang Sports Director-General Zhu Meirong, Li Pingan, director of the committee of National People's Congress, the Luoyang sports bureau group Guo ning, the secretary and director of the education center, Wei Mingkui, vice secretary of the education center Guo Zhihui, WAMTA vice president Li Qingwei, Luoyang Lvye information secondary schoolmaster Zhang Yumin attended.
