WAMTA responded positively to the industrial policy orders of Henan Province and Luoyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government on "creating Central China Knocking Valley and establishing the largest service outsourcing center city in China", combined with the industrial structure of the enterprise, developed service outsourcing business and self-owned industrial chain for years, domestic operation of multi-platform affiliates, large operating system and market resources etc, planning a magnificent blueprint of decade investment of huge sums of money in Yibin integration of urban and rural demonstration area of Luoyang City on the construction of the Central China and even the country's largest call center service outsourcing industry base.

April 2017, Luoyang WAMTA Call Center Industry Base was officially put into use. After all the industrial bases are completed, they will reach 8,000 seats and provide nearly 10,000 jobs. It will promote the economic restructuring of the Yibin Industrial Agglomeration in Luoyang City and bring about a win-win economic development mode for the local economy, the company and the multi-parties, and achieve the overall breakthrough of the information industry and leaps-and-bound development is of great significance.
